What services do you offer?
We offer a range of services to suit nearly all computer and technology needs
- Sales of computer equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, routers, inks/toners, cables etc
- Transfer data between computers and onto other devices such as backup drives
- Setup/run backups of data on a regular basis to help keep your data safe
- Repair and maintain software and hardware
- Installation and diagnostics of LAN/WiFi networks
- Setup/maintenance/migration of domains/email hosting/web hosting
- Setup email accounts in email clients such as Outlook, Mozilla thunderbird, Windows Mail, Apple Mail
- Setup/tuition of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and many other programs.

We are based in a small home office in St Johns; our office is not always manned so contact us before setting off to make sure someone is available. We usually operate on an appointment basis whereby we can arrange to see you onsite at your home or business, or drop off and/or pick up from your premises to work on at out office.

What are your opening hours?
We are contactable between the hours of 9am and 5pm, however due to demand, or our location of work, we may not be contactable and our working hours can vary.

How quickly can you fix my problem?
Generally we can fix your issues with you at your property the same day or within 24-48 hours, but for more complicated or ongoing hardware/software issues we may need to make subsequent visits, or take your product back to our office, to repair or run diagnostics, or for large data transfers, or virus scans/removal.
